Elms College president leaves Chicopee
July 1, 2008
James H. Mullen Jr. ended his three-year term as president of Elms College yesterday surrounded by the faculty and staff he credits for making the Catholic school of higher education a success. On Aug. 1, he becomes president of Allegheny College in Pennsylvania. As Mullen exits, Walter C. Breau enters today as acting president.
