St. Norbert College president prepares for departure, return

There's more sweet than bitter in the impending departure of St. Norbert College president William Hynes.
For one thing, Hynes is confident in his successor, Thomas Kunkel. For another, he's excited to embark on a yearlong sabbatical that will include rest, reading, writing and travel. Not to mention, Hynes will be back. He'll return to St. Norbert as a member of the religious studies faculty, to immerse himself more fully in his academic roots.
