College financing crunch
November 18, 2008
It's the time when high school seniors are applying to colleges, with some waiting for early decisions. While admission is one challenge, financing a college education is even bigger, especially with the economy in a spin and credit markets tightening. We'll talk about why college costs so much, and what parents and students can do to adapt to the credit crunch on the show today. Our guests are Kim Clark, senior writer who specializes in higher education for U.S. News & World Report, and Robert Bogomolny, president of the University of Baltimore.
