College financing crunch
November 18, 2008
It's the time when high school seniors are applying to colleges, with some waiting for early decisions. Our guests are Kim Clark, senior writer who specializes in higher education for U.S. News & World Report, and Robert Bogomolny, president of the University of Baltimore.
