Congressional Agreement Gives College Savings Programs Needed Boost

Choosing a college and assembling the resources to finance your education can be a stressful and confusing process. Thanks to a bipartisan spending and tax deal, several federal college savings programs received a much-needed boost. As a result, students, families and colleges will all benefit. The Congressional agreement gives American families much more certainty for tax-related college savings options, while also preserving several longstanding grant and student aid programs.
