Program halt leaves spouses in limbo
March 2, 2010

Sanford Bishop (D-Ga.) and Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-Wash.), is sending a letter to Defense Secretary Robert Gates to learn more about the impact stopping - even temporarily - will have on spouses.
