As a further service to NAICU members, we are developing this resource over Summer 2011 to keep you apprised of issues affecting your institution's reporting requirements to federal regulatory agencies -- most commonly, the U.S. Department of Education, but also other agencies that touch on aspects of your campus.

Some of this information will be of interest to college and university presidents.  Much of it, though, will be at a level of detail appropriate to those directly responsible for reporting on the areas addressed.

We also offer, through the NAICU News Room, a regularly updated collection of news stories on regulatory and reporting issues.  Beyond the most current news, the news site also serves as an archives for media coverage of these issues going back to 2007.
