The COVID-19 pandemic has simultaneously demonstrated the importance of diversifying student populations as well as institutions’ ability to quickly move in new directions – particularly towards the creation of new online programs. These two forces can be brought together to secure the future of your institution. But how? What are the most important internal factors that need to be weighed? What market forces should be taken in to account – and where do you find such data? These and many other issues will be addressed in this panel discussion with two institutional leaders who have embarked on this journey.
