Graham Spanier's Child Endangerment Conviction Upheld for Mishandling of Jerry Sandusky Allegation

Former Penn State President Graham Spanier suffered another setback Tuesday in his personal campaign to clear his name of criminal culpability for the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal at Penn State. It came in the form of a split, Superior Court panel's decision that upheld Spanier's March 2017 conviction on one count of endangering the welfare of a child, for his handling of a 2001 incident involving Sandusky in a university shower facility.
