Puerto Rican College Students Find Free Tuition, Food and Housing in Miami After Maria

October 30, 2017

The moment Ricardo Neco stepped outside his home and saw what Hurricane Maria did to his neighborhood, he started planning how to get out of Puerto Rico.  The 19-year-old booked a $140 flight to Orlando with plans to stay with a friend.
