Chicago Settles Pension Lawsuit for $6.5 Million

The University of Chicago has agreed to pay $6.5 million to settle a class action alleging that it did failed its fiduciary duty to employees in ways that forced them to pay excessive fees in their retirement plan, Investment News reported.
