NAICU events advance the goals and objectives of the association while providing members of the private, nonprofit higher education sector with the opportunity to learn about the major issues affecting their campuses and network with colleagues from across
the nation.
NAICU’s Annual Meeting & Advocacy Day is the premier policy and advocacy event for private, nonprofit higher education leadership. Each year the meeting is designed to provide briefings on the most urgent policy issues affecting higher education and providing a focused advocacy effort to:
- college and university presidents
- government and public relations personnel
- presidents of state associations
- presidents of mission-specific higher education associations
- higher education executives
The Spring Board and Committee Meetings offers members of NAICU's national board and standing committees the opportunity to come together and discuss the issues facing private higher education and chart the association's response. Members of the NAICU Board of Directors and Committees should plan to attend.
The Fall Leadership Conference offers members of NAICU's national board and leadership the opportunity to come together and discuss the issues facing private higher education and chart the association's response. Meetings are open to members of the:
