Barazzone to Retire as Chatham University President

Days after watching the final commencement of the all-women's undergraduate college at her school, Chatham University president Esther Barazzone has decided to retire, university officials confirmed today.  She will step down in the summer of 2016, ending nearly a quarter century at the helm of the institution whose main campus is in Shadyside. Her tenure is among the longest of a sitting private college president in the nation.
