Fisher President Bain’s Tenure Saw Growth

St. John Fisher College President Donald Bain is stepping down at the end of the month, but “retire” might be the wrong word to use. Bain, 72, who joined the Fisher faculty 40 years ago as an assistant professor of history, is going to take a year off — saying he plans to sleep in to 6 a.m. and spend time enjoying his grandchildren.
