Newman Seeks to Fill Void

Newman University president Noreen Carrocci delivered a message to area officials on Monday morning. "We're in Dodge City, we offer 4-year degrees and we can do more," she told a crowd at breakfast. "Now, we need to know how can we go forward? What more can we do?"
