Public, Private Colleges to Hold Summit on Campus Safety

General safety and sexual assault concerns on Iowa college campuses are leading three higher education agencies in the state to collaborate on a Campus Safety and Security Summit later this year.  The statewide summit — sponsored by the Iowa Board of Regents, the Iowa Association of Community Colleges and the Iowa Association of Independent Colleges and Universities — is scheduled for Oct. 28 at the FFA Building on the Ankeny Campus of Des Moines Area Community College.
