But for smaller institutions that don’t draw many students from outside the state, Ohio presents some challenges.As U.S. colleges and universities return to better fiscal health after several tough post-recession years, recovery is slower in coming to Ohio.  That is not the case for Ohio State University, Ohio University or Kent State.
