Yeshiva University President to Leave Post

Yeshiva University’s president said on Thursday that he will leave his post when his contract ends, or sooner, amid fiscal woes at the century-old Jewish institution.  Richard Joel, 65 years old, has been president of the Manhattan-based school for nearly 12 years. His contract ends in 2018, but he will leave before that if the board finds a replacement, he said.
