Chair of Hope College Board of Trustees Mary Bauman Stepping Down

Mary Bauman, the chair of the Hope College board of trustees, is stepping down from her position. The Hope College community was informed of her decision in a campus-wide email sent Friday, April 29. According to the email, Bauman notified the board that she had met with President John Knapp earlier today to discuss current issues and begin setting an agenda for the full board meeting May 5-6.Bauman is stepping down as board chair after those meetings.
