Change to Bill Means LGBT Students Can't Sue Private Colleges Over Discrimination

After rigorous opposition from faith groups, a state senator has amended a bill, getting rid of a key provision that would have allowed lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender students to sue private colleges and universities for discrimination over sexual orientation and gender identity.
