East Texas College Administrators Respond to Governor About Campus Carry

East Texas Baptist University President J. Blair Blackburn disagreed Tuesday with Gov. Greg Abbott's suggestion that the state's campus carry law would have prevented an attack such as the one a day earlier at Ohio State University.
