Feds Probe How N.J. University Handles Reported Sex Assaults

The U.S. Department of Education is investigating how Monmouth University responds to complaints of sexual violence and harassment, according to federal documents. The department's Office of Civil Rights opened an investigation April 21, placing Monmouth on a list of 181 colleges and universities nationwide under review.
