National University Hires New President

National University has hired David Andrews, credited with turning the relatively new School of Education at Johns Hopkins University into one of the top schools in the county, as its next president.  Andrews, 59, has been dean of the Baltimore university’s eight-year-old School of Education since 2010. He is scheduled to start at National University on April 1.
