Livingstone Named 15th Baylor President, 1st Female President in School's History

Linda A. Livingstone, the dean at the George Washington University School of Business, was formally named Baylor University’s 15th president Tuesday.  Livingstone is the first female president in Baylor’s 172-year history and replaces interim President David Garland, who has served in the role since June 1, as the university tries to move beyond a sexual assault scandal that has spanned more than a year and a half.
