Lackawanna College Pops Up at Sunbury Plaza Outpost

 Another local choice for higher education is popping up in the shopping plaza on North Fourth Street in Sunbury.  Lackawanna College, a private non-profit college headquartered in Scranton, will offer classes at its new location in four programs for the fall semester, which begins Aug. 28.
