Boston University and Wheelock College Announce Potential Merger

Boston-based private school Wheelock College announced on Tuesday it is discussing a potential merger with Boston University.  The small college in the Fenway-Kenmore neighborhood of Boston with 1,000 undergraduate and graduate students is made up of three schools focused on education, social work, and arts and sciences. It was founded in 1888 as a training school for childhood educators.
