State Uses Jobs Fund to Pitch Cuomo's Tuition Plan

New York's Economic State Development agency revealed Wednesday that it has tapped a $50 million fund designed to promote job growth and tourism to pay for an aggressive marketing campaign boosting Gov. Andrew Cuomo's program to extend free tuition to middle-class students enrolling at public colleges.  Exactly how much did those commercials cost New York taxpayers? The Cuomo administration isn't saying.
