Middletown Judge Orders Wesleyan to Reinstate Fraternity House

A Middletown judge has ordered Wesleyan University to reinstate the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity house in the fall 2018 semester.  The order comes after a jury found in June that Wesleyan violated the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act when it revoked DKE’s housing status in 2015 after claiming the fraternity was not complying with a mandate to coeducate fraternity houses.
