Spartanburg Methodist College Unveils New Downtown Event Space

Downtown has welcomed another college to its booming Main Street. Spartanburg Methodist College (SC) unveiled its new downtown location, SMC Studio, Wednesday evening during a private opening reception.  The 1,200-square-foot space features a conference room with a TV and mini-fridge, a classroom with a retractable 139-inch projector screen, and a 324-square-foot “social space” for parties and receptions. Kris Neely will have a gallery space in the new venue.
