DOJ Trips Up LGBTQ Students Suing Doe

The U.S. Department of Justice said Tuesday, June 8, it can “vigorously” defend existing civil rights exemptions for private schools that discriminate against LGBTQ students as part of a lawsuit that includes two Dordt University students.
